25 Hour Live Broadcast to Benefit the American Diabetes Association

PHILADELPHIA, PA – October 21, 2019 – Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and the unrivaled leader in sports radio, announced “Christian Fauria’s 25 for 25k” on WEEI (WEEI-FM) in Boston to benefit the American Diabetes Association. Afternoon show host Christian Fauria will broadcast live for 25 hours straight from 2:00 p.m. on November 13 to 3:00 p.m. on November 14 in an effort to raise $25,000 for diabetes awareness.

Fauria has a personal connection to the American Diabetes Association as his son was recently diagnosed. During the broadcast, he will discuss his family’s journey with diabetes and welcome special guests, including New England Patriots linebacker Dont’a Hightower, diabetes patients, medical professionals and Susan Sarro, Executive Director, the American Diabetes Association in New England.

“After my son’s life-altering diagnosis a few months ago, I became passionate about using my voice to raise awareness and funds to support those affected by diabetes,” said Fauria. “I look forward to sharing this inspirational broadcast with my listeners.”
