CHICAGO, IL – August 24, 2026 – 104.3 The Score (WSCR-FM), an Audacy Sports station in Chicago, launches a new morning show, “Haugh and Payton,” featuring Jarrett Payton alongside David Haugh weekday mornings from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. CT starting August 31. 

Former NFL running back and sports journalist Jarrett Payton most recently served as an anchor for WGN-TV’s 4 and 9:00 p.m. weekday news and host of “GN Sports.” Son of the late NFL Hall of Famer and Chicago Bear Walter Payton, Payton brings extensive broadcasting experience alongside a background in business, public speaking, and philanthropy through the Jarrett Payton Foundation. 

“Today marks an exciting new chapter for The Score. We’re excited to welcome Jarrett Payton and believe his experience, perspective and deep connection to Chicago and its great fan bases will be a tremendous addition to our morning show alongside David Haugh,” said Mitch Rosen, Vice President and Brand Manager, 104.3 The Score.

Leila Rahimi and Mark Grote will continue to host middays on the “Rahimi & Grote Show” from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CT while “Spiegel & Holmes” remains in its afternoon drive from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT.

5:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. CT: “Haugh & Payton”

10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CT: “Rahimi & Grote”

2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. CT: “Spiegel & Holmes”
