Audacy Elevates Erin Vermeulen to Evening Anchor on WWJ Newsradio 950 in Detroit
PHILADELPHIA, PA – February 7, 2022 – Audacy has elevated Erin Vermeulen as the new evening news anchor for WWJ NewsRadio 950 (WWJ-AM) in Detroit. Vee will be heard weeknights from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. ET, effective immediately.

Vermeulen is a longtime 23-year broadcast professional, most recently serving as a writer and editor for WWJ. Her career has taken her to the Cairo, Dubai, Oman and South Africa before returning to the United States and working at KFI in Los Angeles as a member of “The Bill Handel Morning Show” in 2015.
