105.7 The Fan (WSSP-FM / 1250AM), an Audacy station in Milwaukee, with support from sister stations 103.7 KISS FM (WXSS-FM) and 99.1 The Mix (WMYX-FM), collected over $100,000 in toys and cash. Toys collected from the toy drive will be distributed by Children’s Wisconsin community programs, reaching children and families across the community. Monetary donations will support the Children’s Wisconsin Immediate Impact for Kids Fund.

The annual drive took place from December 1 to December 5, allowing listeners to donate online and/or in person. “Wisconsin Sports Daily” host and 105.7 The Fan Assistant Brand Manager, Steve “Sparky” Fifer, drove the fundraising efforts and broadcast live from Blain’s Farm & Fleet throughout the week. Station hosts Ramie Makhlouf, Mason Crosby and Mitch “Thunder” Nelles made guest appearances during Sparky’s week-long broadcast to encourage the community to donate.   

“I’m so proud of everyone involved in the 19th Annual Toy Drive for Children’s Wisconsin,” said Fifer. “We couldn’t make this a success without everyone in the community and around the state of Wisconsin contributing to it. The number of kids that these toys will impact is the reason we do this each year. There isn’t anything better than a smile on a kid’s face.”

Robyn’s Nest supports children in foster care and their caregivers with clothing, hygiene items and supplies, as well as Children’s Wisconsin families who have unmet needs.
