That’s the power of audio when it’s backed by the kind of deep understanding we’re gaining through our national and local partnerships with the Urban League. By aligning with economic and social justice priorities, we’re bringing listeners and clients relevant, representative market-specific promotional support under the shared nationwide umbrella of PSAs, guest appearances by Urban League leaders on community affairs shows, dedicated features, and co-led virtual and in-person events.
HBCU partnerships: live in the classroom
Partnered with Clark Atlanta University, one of our nation’s HBCUs, we’re sharing our experiences to help students prepare to become the media and entertainment leaders of tomorrow. They gain practical insights, and we gain perspectives and connections with the next generation of influencers and audio consumers.
Adding vibrant voices to our team
Our yearlong fellowship experiences, which include curated on-the-job learning and growth opportunities, welcome graduates from underrepresented groups and underserved communities, as well as others who demonstrate the talent and desire to pursue a career in audio. Built by and for our LGBTQ+ community and its allies, CHANNEL Q is an innovative media destination that gives everyone a voice through exceptional programming that entertains, informs, and inspires.
