PHILADELPHIA, PA – May 12, 2020 – Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and one of the two largest radio broadcasters in the U.S., was honored with 23 Regional Edward R. Murrow Awards, presented by the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA) for outstanding achievements in electronic journalism. Nine Entercom markets were honored including Buffalo, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and St. Louis. Among the most prestigious in news, the Edward R. Murrow Awards recognize local and national news stories that uphold the RTDNA Code of Ethics, demonstrate technical expertise and exemplify the importance and impact of journalism as a service to the community.
