Michael Dash is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary of Audacy. Audacy is a scaled, multi-platform audio content and entertainment company with a leadership position in virtually every segment of the dynamic and growing audio business—including broadcasting, podcasting, digital, network, live events, music, sports and news. Audacy is also the number one creator of original, premium audio content, engaging over 200 million consumers each month.

In this role, Dash leads Audacy’s Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources teams. He joined Audacy (then Entercom) in 2006.

Immediately prior to joining Audacy, Dash was an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia. At Morgan Lewis, Dash represented public and private employers in a variety of traditional labor, employment and benefits matters.  

Dash earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Dickinson College. He received his law degree cum laude from Villanova University, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review.
