Radio Veteran Joins Magic 106.7 as Afternoon Drive Host

PHILADELPHIA, PA – April 15, 2019 – Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and one of the two largest radio broadcasters in the U.S., named radio veteran Karen Blake as the new afternoon drive host for Magic 106.7 (WMJX-FM), Boston’s Iconic Adult Contemporary station, effective immediately. Blake can be heard on air, weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.

The move marks Blake’s return to Boston after serving as morning drive host for WQRC on Cape Cod for the last five years. Prior to her time at WQRC, Blake served seven years as host of the morning and afternoon drives for WODS-FM (now sister station 103.3 AMP Radio) in Boston. From 1996 to 2005, Blake hosted the morning drive for WQSX-FM (now sister station WEEI).
