PHILADELPHIA, PA – August 14, 2019 – Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and one of the two largest radio broadcasters in the U.S., today announced the promotion of seasoned on-air personality DJ Holiday to the role of Assistant Program Director for 102.7 The Beach (WMXJ-FM), South Florida’s only classic hits station. The company also announced a new multiyear contract extension with DJ Holiday.

DJ Holiday will continue in his current roles as Music Director and afternoon drive host for 102.7 The Beach, positions he has held since the station’s inception in 2016. Prior to that, he was afternoon drive host for the station’s predecessor Magic 102.7. DJ Holiday also held on-air roles for now sister station Power 96 (WPOW-FM).
