Entercom Names Gunner Jackson and Cheyenne Davis as New Morning Show Hosts for KMLE Country 107.9 in Phoenix
PHILADELPHIA, PA – December 16, 2019 – Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and one of the two largest radio broadcasters in the U.S., today announced Gunner Jackson and Cheyenne Davis as hosts of “Gunner & Cheyenne,” the new morning show on KMLE Country 107.9 (KMLE-FM), the Valley’s country leader, in Phoenix. The show will air weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. MT, beginning Wednesday, December 18.

Jackson joins Entercom from KDBL-FM in Yakima, WA, where he served as morning show host as well as brand manager. He previously worked as an executive producer at KBKS-FM in Seattle, morning show host and program director for KYSN-FM in Wenatchee, WA and KIQK-FM in Rapid City, SD, and as an on-air host for KUJ-FM in Tri-Cities, WA.
Davis began her radio career in 2018 at KDBL-FM in Yakima, WA as co-host of the morning show alongside Jackson. He invited her to audition for the role after noticing her infectious personality at the local gym where she worked. Davis is active in the Yakima, WA community and has spearheaded multiple charitable initiatives including a clothing drive for an elementary school and a softball tournament for Children’s Village.
Jackson and Davis were recently honored with a 2019 Yakima Herald-Republic Readers’ Choice Award for Best Radio Personality.
