WBBM Newsradio 780 and 105.9 FM Wins “Outstanding News Operation”

PHILADELPHIA, PA – April 16, 2019 – Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and one of the two largest radio broadcasters in the U.S., announced Chicago station WBBM Newsradio 780 and 105.9 FM (WBBM-AM/WCFS-FM) was honored with nine 2018 Illinois Associated Press Broadcasters Association (APBA) Contest awards. The Illinois APBA honors important journalism through its annual awards. Winners were announced during the Spring Convention of the Illinois News Broadcasters Association in Normal, IL on April 13.
