WCBS 880 and 1010 WINS in New York Recognized with Top Honors in 10 Categories

PHILADELPHIA, PA – June 4, 2019 – Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and one of the two largest radio broadcasters in the U.S., is the proud recipient of 16 2018 New York State Associated Press Association Awards (NYSAPA). WCBS 880 (WCBS-AM) in New York received first place in seven categories, including top honor “Outstanding News Operation for Radio.” Sister station 1010 WINS (WINS-AM) in New York was recognized with top honors in three categories. The stations collectively received second place finishes in six categories. Winners were honored at NYSAPA’s annual awards dinner on June 1 in Saratoga Springs, NY.
