Audacy Announces Blake Whiten as its Newest Country LAUNCH Artist

Blake Whiten has been named Audacy’s newest Country LAUNCH artist, joining Zach John King, Stephen Wilson Jr. and Audrey Hobert as part of the 2026 LAUNCH artist class. Audacy’s music discovery program LAUNCH leverages its multiplatform reach and the power of radio to introduce new artists to its millions of listeners and followers.

Whiten’s track “Bet On That” will be featured across Audacy’s Country portfolio, with heightened exposure through broadcast and digital airplay, on-air artist vignettes, and digital, editorial and engaging social content.

“Radio continues to be the ultimate amplifier for breakout talent, creating an authentic, emotional bond between artists and country listeners,” said Tim Roberts, Country Format Vice President, Audacy. “Blake’s songwriting cuts straight to the bone, and every artist remembers that unforgettable feeling of turning on the radio and hearing their own track playing. We’re proud to welcome Blake to the Audacy LAUNCH family and champion him across our platforms.”

“It’s really cool to be the next Audacy LAUNCH artist and to be part of a program that’s supported so many great artists,” said Whiten. “I’m grateful to Audacy for supporting ‘Bet On That’ and helping me share it with country music fans across the country.”

“Being an Audacy LAUNCH artist is an incredible honor and meaningful milestone in Blake Whiten’s journey,” said Kristen Williams, Executive Vice President, Radio and Commercial Partnerships, Warner Records Nashville. “Audacy has a powerful history of supporting and breaking new artists, and we’re excited that they have recognized Blake’s growing momentum and ascent in the country format. We are so grateful, and you can BET ON THAT.”

Whiten is a 22-year-old instinctive songsmith raised in Six Mile, SC, whose talent propelled him from bedroom videos to the world’s biggest stages. He has earned over 400 million streams worldwide in the two years since his first public performance. After headlining his Rollin’ Stone Tour — backed by his gold-certified hit single “Rollin’ Stone”— and making his Grand Ole Opry debut in early 2026, Whiten released his first album, Something To Say, on July 3, which features 12 co-written songs, as his confessional instincts collide with pitch-black alt-rock intensity. After joining Bailey Zimmerman’s Different Night Same Rodeo Tour and opening stadium shows for Morgan Wallen’s Still the Problem Tour this summer, he will launch his headlining Something to Say Tour this fall.

Previous LAUNCH artists include multi-time GRAMMY, CMT and CMA Award winner Jelly Rolly, multi-GRAMMY Award winner and Billboard’s 2025 Woman of the Year winner Doechii, ACM New Male Artist of the Year winner Zach Top, two-time GRAMMY Award winner Muni Long and GRAMMY Award winner Lola Young.
