PHILADELPHIA, PA – October 9, 2023 – Audacy’s KYW Newsradio (103.9 FM and 1060 AM) will host a mayoral debate ahead of the Philadelphia general election. Democratic Nominee Cherelle Parker will face Republican nominee David Oh live on October 26 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. ET during 103.9 FM’s highly-rated “Philadelphia’s Morning News” program.

The confirmation of this debate comes on the heels of KYW Newsradio’s “Breakfast with the Candidates” debate forum in the spring that featured the five leading Democrats. This debate will feature the same award-winning slate of KYW journalists, including morning drive Anchor Ian Bush, City Hall bureau Chief Pat Loeb, Education Reporter Mike DeNardo and Community Impact Reporter Racquel Williams.
